I want that kind of money to throw away!

This seems like something that'll produce one house that no one will buy or be done nothing with. It's pretty but the lots look small and not worth what would have to be outrageously expensive.

The actual shire was homes made out of the hillside but I think Bree was more of a city-type setting like this one. They mention Bree on this page so maybe that's more what they are going for.
