in the first couple months, if baby woke up at a certain time where going back to sleep might only net me 30 minutes of snooze, then i'd just go to work early, sometimes coming in before 6:30a.m.

I made this mistake last year for one of my Fantasy football drafts. I showed up on the wrong day.

I go to bed between midnight and 1am and get up at 7am.

Very occassionally if I'm feeling especially worn out I'll go to bed sometime between 11pm and midnight but that's not very often.

I have to be at work at 8 and it usually takes an hour to get there.

I usually go to bed between 10:00 and 11:30 unless I'm out or busy.

weekends if I am able to stay up to 3 without the aid of certain drugs I'm surprised...

I go to sleep somewhere on the other side of midnight during the week.

Alarm goes off at 7:25, with the CD player going off about 10 min. beforehand.

Sleep function is used in great amounts, getting out of bed around 8 if I'm lucky...

Work has been a 9-9:30 to 7:30+ lately (weekdays), and around 8a-7p on Sundays...

Saturdays I just sleep.

This used to be me. But considering I'm technically allowed to show up as late as 9:30am and for awhile was showing up at 9:45, I figured I should get a handle on it and get to bed earlier.

So lately it's:
Bed: 11-midnight (at least I try)
Up: 7-8am
Work day: 9:30-5:30

Sometimes I've even been getting to bed as early as 10pm, which is truly novel for me. But, to be honest, I feel way better at work the next day when I've had a proper night's sleep (i.e. 7-8hrs). Waaaay better.

(A little different from the days when I used to DJ and drink till 3:00am and make it to 8:30am meetings the next day.)

(<--- getting old)

My days off are more like
bed: 1am
up: 10am

 I should have just posted: "exactly what postmersh said". (except for the sunday thing)

I am the queen of sleep. I need at least one night a week of 11-12 hours.

I shoot for 9, but usually make it to bed closer to 10 for a 6:45 wake-up. It may sound like a lot, but I need to do everything in my power to offset the sleep apnea and narcolepsy.

I'm in bed usually by 1 or 2 and then at work by 8:30am. I do however come home at lunch time and take a lunch nap.

at least it wasn't like high school. i used to go to bed at 4 and wake up at 6:30. that was pretty bad.

You guys don't get enough sleep.

I wake up somewhere between 5 and 6 depending on my schedule.

I usually go to bed at 10-10:30, but I definitely have my days where I go to bed even earlier.

hijack: funny how it used to be 9-5, now it's 8-5 or 9-6 but 'oh, we give you an hour for lunch' but they dont really *give* it to you since they only pay you for 40 hours a week
but then it's busy so you work through lunch and then the next thing you know, you just gave away 5 hours of your time to a bunch of soulless fuckbags who cant even remember to thank you when you work on a special project for them

wait? what? huh? where am i?

Went to bed at 1:00 am last night. I just don't have enough time to do the stuff that I want to do after work. Nick, I've never worked less and the 9 hour shift with an hour for lunch. I've been lucky that my last couple of jobs (current included) that if I work for lunch, I get paid for it.

I go to bed between 9pm and 10pm most nights, but that is only due to the fact that I wake by 5:30am every morning so I am ready to catch a bus downtown.
If I lived close to work like I used to or owned a car, I would probably stay up later, since I wouldn't have to leave until around 7am.
