This is probably more aimed at the bike people. First snow of the year here...well, one that accumulated, so this evening I bundled up and hit the cold streets of HagCity and biked around on the snowy streets. It was great. 10pm, and no cars, no police hassling me...it was great. Cold air hitting my face, which tomorrow I know I'm going to have wind burn, and my legs cold as hell in my knickers. It was super fantastic. I should really invest in some long sleeve jerseys though...woolen yeah.

Snowride, take it easy

I'm in the mood
The rhythm is right
Move to the music
We can roll all night

Oooh Snowride
Oooh

Snowride, take it easy
REPEAT

Slow down, go down, got to get your lovin' one more time
Hold me, roll me, snow ridin' woman you're so fine

how can a yummy greek dessert with honey help my face?

Seriously though, yeah I need to invest if I'm gonna do this wintery stuff. I've always been a winter couch sitter, but this year I'm just drawn out there.

I haven't yet rode in the snow this year. I sort of need to service the bike before I try it, since I don't want to be pushing a bike back in arctic conditions.
Saturday night would have been wonderful for a snow ride. We got a couple more inches on the ground and visibility was questionable walking back from the bar. I always sort of liked riding on the snow and having your tires slip a bit.

Guys around here take old knobby tires, turn them inside out, and then put sharp-ass woodscrews through them, so that about 1/8 of an inch pokes out. Then they go ride across the lakes.
