I am so sorry for not showing up last night. I took what I thought was gonna be a mini nap before going out last night -- didn't wake up until after 3am! I was tired and didn't wanna peter out, thought a little nap would make things right. Shit, I was already dressed and ready to go!

I am so sorry -- just saw your messages this morning. Hope you had fun last night!

What are the odds that Derris is either in the LA County Lock-up, or still holed up with some starlet at The Marmont? I say even money.

the venue was dope - speakeasy style... decent turnout. unfortunately couldn't stay very long because i already had plans, so don't get mad that i didn't see pop. i had other friends there so i'll ask them how the bands were... but i left around midnight and no bands had played yet and we had to jet.

oh yeah, and it was open bar too.

i better see you la peeps at my goingaway party on friday or you're all dead to me. :twisted:

I've always seen him more as the Dean Martin of this crew, actually.

I never got the directions or RSVP confirmation. My fault for replying so late, for some reason I was thinking March 24th. But I wouldn't have gone anyway. I split a bottle of Capt Morgan with a friend Friday night, he threw up but I survived. Then I spent 5 hours in school on Saturday so I was freakin dead by Saturday night.

Dri & Tania... $5 Funk?
