I'll keep that in mind in case I ever get ther urge to turn it on again.

I thought the opening was good with the Office spoof but other than that, it was awful. I can't believe that even with a host as good as that, they can't pull together a funny episode.

Arcade Fire was good, not great. I couldn't bare to stick around for their second performance, though.

I tivo it and usually skim it on sundays. Lately it seems like snl has just been a string of "talk show" style skits that are never funny. I laughed at this one a lot, and arcade fire was pretty impressive. Best in a while, third best, whatevs. twas good.

I probably enjoyed them more just by mentally contrasting them with the dance/lip sync acts they usually have. Kept thinking how full it sounded, how pretty, how real. Plus I had a buzz.

I was shocked at how well Sudekis was able to do "the Jim look."

The Intervention clip is already pulled because of NBC. Do the networks have office flunkies working around the clock to make sure stuff they don't want out there is banished from youtube?

SNL has always been 99% crap, in my opinion. Occasionally they are actually able to make a funny skit, but they usually just take one joke and draw it out for four minutes and then end it abruptly after they're tired of beating a dead horse. I'm also just not into parodies or impressions that much, which makes 75% of the show unwatchable to me.
