Tomorrow: Clean house, shop, cook. Dinner party at mine, old colleague and her hub/kid.

Sunday: looks like work, rock on.

Hold Steady tix for Tuesday, on the extended weeekend plan, but my gig-buddy is making flaking noises. Grrr. Anyone in the area, bored?

Friday: Trying out a new place for lunch today and then going for early drinks. After, I need to grab the rest of my ingredients for my gumbo tonight. Then, make gumbo and drink until the wee hours. Probably watch some dvds tonight, but I'm not sure which ones. Something loud. I need to watch the bank robbery scene from Heat on my new surround system.

Sat/Sun: Reheat gumbo and eat. And drink.

Both roommates are out this weekend, leaving me lonely.

Gonna do some baking -- banana bread and rhubarb pie.

Going to see Clinic tomorrow night as part of the noise pop festival.

Having my brother and future-sister-in-law over for fajitas on Sunday.

Tonight: See Clinic at the Troubadour (fancypants and I sometimes lead a mirror life), then head to Dri's going away party. Call a certain boy and ask him if he'd like to be my Saturday date.

Saturday: Get up mega early to set up my yard sale; bond with sis who is coming over to help; go to neighbour's birthday party, drink lots, stagger home and hopefully get some "wow, you look nice tonight, wanna get lucky?" action.

Sunday: Sleep in, have menudo for breakfast, then off to friend's parents' house to pick up a load of bricks for the planter I'm planning on making, also gettin' some ol' skool lawn chairs; seeing Spinto Band at the Troubadour later that night.

Whew!! Busy weekend!

Are Holy Fuck opening for them? Please go see them and tell me how they are since I won't be in Boston when they play here and the show is sold out anyways.

shit, I might go see Zodiac as well on Sunday.

Other than that, I'm doing a bunch of boring projects around Redlands.

I'm assuming that you're referring to the Clinic gig -- Sea Wolf and Mentor Tormentor are opening.

Friday - Trying to talk myself into going to see the Apples in Stereo tonight.

Saturday - Couple hours of work in the morning. My girlfriend has been out of town since Tuesday, so I'll probably do more of the same. PS3/movies/drinking.

Sunday - See above, except no work. That Zodiac movie looks interesting, I might go see that if you guys say it's worth it.
