I saw her live the other day (by way of a free ticket, no way in hell i pay for that shit) and i found her much much less annoying. Most of the time she sang in a natural, normal voice, seldom reverting to her usual bleeting.

Two of my favorite drummers are chicks...Mo Tucker and Meg White.

The Slits were great with the percussion too.
