I sold my Friday ticket for $100, so no.

You will be meeting Kati with an I on Saturday and maybe Sunday if you guys can stand each other.

I'll be there all day Saturday (at least until Yoko ruins the show), then I might head over to see Chromeo y Flosstradamus. Sunday night is Jay Reatard at Hideout.

So there you have it. Jasmine's weekend. Sad that there's no Ghostface to bond over. Happy that Sparks will not be ingested.

$100 to some guy about a week ago. Silly boy. Found him on Craigslist. Some girl offered me $80, but her name was "Myssi" and I couldn't fathom selling my ticket to someone with a name spelled like that. Could she really be a SY, GZA or Slint fan? Probably not. Plus, her email was written in pink comic sans font. No way, Jose.

I did not know that Chromeo was sold out. Maybe I'll just belly up at the Gingerman instead.

Dalen, you're missing out on the show of a lifetime*. That's okay. I'll be in Florida soon enough.

But I started drawing a cartoon called "The Aging Hipster" for some of my friends and my kids. They all seem to think that it's pretty funny.
And I've meet a few of them in "real life"... outside this board, too.

They're (we're) out there... and a LOT of them will be at Pitchfork. Wish that I would be there. Some good material, I'm sure.

You're gone all weekend? Enjoy if so! Yes, we're definitely in for Lolla! I really dig the lineup, but did notice there are a few time slots that will be tough to choose on who to see.

i will be gone all week! (but i'm seeing daft punk in LA next weekend, so it's not a complete loss. i'd take that over daydream nation any day.)
