Blockbuster Sued Over Late Fees

netflix doesn't have a "restocking" fee if you keep the movie for over a month.

i can't believe i'm with opa on this one also.

But doesn't this "No Late Fees" policy only apply to the brick and mortar Blockbuster stores, not their Netflix cloned program?

The online distribution is different than an actual store. The online service can work out of a bland warehouse with stacks of titles. The store is limited spacewise in how many of each title they can display and carry, so it is the best interest of not only Blockbuster, but other paying customers as well to have the movies back in a reasonable timeframe.
