I just realized I spilled a gallon of paint on the carpet. Note the wording. I didn't just spill a gallon of pain, I just realized that I had spilled it.

I'm an idiot. Jesus. Now I'm gonna spend the rest of the afternoon sopping this shit up and hoping most of it doesn't decide to reside in my matted brown shag.

Almost a gallon. Enough water and a good bit of it will come out, you would be surprised. I can sacrifice couple towels for the cause.

I'm sure I must have had a d'oh moment. I mean, my life is comprised of d'oh moments. But I can't think of any.
