Oh my god yes. That new album may be the best thing going right now.

Just bought my ticket. Going tonight.

I haven't heard the new record, but I want to see Jack White play the guitar again.

I wasn't crazy about the venue and its weird L shape...but it should be fun.

I HATE the Cannery Ballroom, but if you want to see decent bands, you have to deal with it.

I went. The show was "ok" at best. Yes, they were tight, yes, they are good musicians, no the songs weren't good. Admittedly, I'm completely unfamiliar with any of their stuff. I've passively listened to Broken Boy Soldiers maybe 3 times.

I liked probably 3 songs out of a 12 song set that I stayed through (I left during "Steady as She Goes"). One of which was "Blue Veins", which sounded like a rip-off of Led Zepplin's "Since I've Been Loving You". "Level" was my favorite of the set. "Top Yourself" off the new record was good too.

I dug seeing Jack White play the guitar but didn't dig him using vintage mics for no reason other than to use them.
