I just got off the phone with Eloise Saperstein!
I guess I did meet her a couple of times when I was little; we went to her place for Hannukkah parties. But, since my grandfather passed away, my mother lost touch with her.

She was very happy to hear from me and we had a really nice conversation. Incredibly sweet and it will be nice to (re)connect with that part of my family.

EDIT: Turns out it's not Abe that I'm related to, but his wife, who was my grandfather's cousin.
