Okay, so this one isn't very spicy, just a very mild sizzle (if any), but it sure is delicious:
Try Me Tiger Sauce

Sweet, with a hint of vinegar, and just a little nip on the palette.
I haven't had it in a while, though. I need to pick some up.

I like the spicier ones, too. In particular:

You?

Moe's Rock N' Roll Sauce made me vomit last time I had it.

Cholula is good, totally. It's pretty mild, but very well balanced.

The best traditional hot sauce I've ever had is Luisiana Crystal.

It makes you realize, if you didn't already, that Tabasco is salty garbage. I can never find it out here in yankeeland. Me and Bustette both put it on everything but our cereal.

I was gonna mention that, but figured that somebody else would take the lead.
Great stuff.

The rest of the world is entirely deprived of America's good food products and completely overstocked with its shit ones. A damn shame, cause I've eaten some great American food that no one will ever believe me about.

Ding! Ding! By far my favorite. Louisiana Hot Sauce is pretty great too. All better than Tabasco.

I saw a special on Tabasco on MSNBC. Crazy how much money they're raking in. One guy suggested that it maybe the most recognized brand of anything in the world.

Louisiana is pretty much all I keep in the house. I have one small Tabasco because I do think there are certain things Tabasco can be used for that works (it hits a specific spot on the palette) but by and large I prefer the more tangy hotness of Louisiana.

I honestly got a little chubby when I googled the label.

It might be a stretch to simply call it "hot sauce" but calypso sauce from Trinidad is great. Although I only ever heard it referred to as "pepper sauce" while there.

Dave's Insanity Sauce has a great level of spiciness but the taste isn't all that great, unfortunately.

Yeah, I use this on a LOT of stuff. NEw fave is add ginger, lime and olive oil for a sweet-hot salad dressing. Works as a marinade as well.

I also like this stuff:

It has a little cane syrup in up to sweeten it up.

I can get behind this thread.

My favorite all-purpose - Texas Pete
My favorite "Mexican" - Cholula
My favorite Asian - Sriracha
My favorite Jamaican/Scotch Bonnet - Melinda's

I do like the previously mentioned El Yucateco. Crystal, to me, is ALL vinegar.

I REFUSE to eat Tabasco's regular sauce, however their Chipotle version is pretty good.

My favorite local homemade picante is some Cinco De Mayo and Fiesta Mexicana restaurants in Nashville make up.

Overall, I'm not a fan of heat for heat's sake. I'm a fan of the taste. So you won't see me ordering nuclear wings or anything like that.

I have this (pic below) sitting at home in my shelf. The chipotle version is so damn hot I rarely use it. Taste is excellent, but the heat fucks it up for me.
Image

I have this on my shelf as well, un-opened:

I'm big on it too. Sesame oil, lemon, soy sauce and maybe some garlic with it makes a good marinade or dipping sauce for tuna.

I like it too. But I always wonder what part of the rooster is in it.

It's all burn, no taste.

Unfortunately, when I had this I noticed the first ingredient listed was "pappers." Fuckin amateur, man.
