He talked about how pitchfork got started, his move to chicago in 99', and how it's grown since. He talked about keeping the integrity of the reviews. He was asked about bulletin boards and websites that outwardly show criticism and hate for him. He responded that everyone hates a critic. He talked about that guy that figured out the pitchforkmedia formula. and he talked about disagreements with other writers. That was bout it. Sounded like a pretty decent guy. I think alot of you haters are just jealous and would give your left testicle to have his job.

Obviously, the sarcasm emoticon was unavailable when I posted. I'm fully aware of the PF thread.

Oh, and relax, David.

i would most certainly not give my right testicle to have his job.
i'd like his site to review my album, but i have zero interest in a life of criticism.

well, not zero.
i did write that one review of Black Sheep's second album in University of Delaware school newspaper.

the first one seems too poppy (but, i mean, awesomely poppy) to me, whereas the second one seemed a lot more personal. i wish that there was a third one that we could talk about.

I hear this everyday at work, from patrons and employees alike, but only the African-American ones. <>D apparently uses the doubled-preterite as well. And, doubtless Yail, Derris, et. al., ad inf. Thusly, and just like eating Lay's brand Pork Rinds and smoking Newports, this must be a Southern deal, for both whites and blacks, and only known to me prior today because it was transported with the great migration.

Personally, though, I think it has suckeded for all time.

I don't know 'bout the first... But I'd give my left nut, and turn gay, to be Mandy Moore's personal assistant. Of course, really I would be more bi... Well, straight, actually; I'd just turn up the flame to keep her guessing, so I could get ever closer to her.
