it's called reggaeton

but that doesnt mean shit

fuck girl talk,

fuck what he's doing

even if his last album (before this one solidified my hatred for him) was great.

and fuck his name. bullshit. pure bullshit. eat it up

Shit still sounds tight to me. How can you not like Lil Mama over Metallica?

I'm interviewing Gregg on Thursday. Do you all have any insightful questions that you'd have me ask? I've got the obvious copyright/copyleft ones covered, but if you have betters, I'm open to them. But in particular, anything beyond that political aspect specifically? (If you hate, please withhold.)

What percentage of Feed the Animals purchases have been in the $5.00 - 9.99 range, where you offer FLAC but not the CD? What does that say, if anything, about how viable lossless products are in the current digital marketplace?

Side note: Busta Rhymes over the Police is probably my favorite mashup moment ever.

the only other one you really need is night ripper. unstoppable is decent but is nowhere near as seamless as the newer albums. secret diary is pretty much unlistenable.

Very true, but I love the manipulation of the Price Is Right theme song.

I've wondered if there are samples that he's really wanted to work into a song but just hasn't found the right way to do it yet, and what some of them are. To my knowledge he hasn't used "Stairway To Heaven" yet - is that on deck or has it just not worked?

What to the charge by some that he's just a glorified Friday night sports bar gimmick guy who got lucky? Why does he think what he's done has caused such a stir?

What does he think about the fact that all of my friends automatically talk about ecstasy anytime Girl Talk is brought up in conversation?

avoid his live shows if they're all ages unless you want to see a trainwreck of epic proportions. seriously, some people should just not be allowed to dance. also, there was possible statutory rape going on onstage.

and he only played like 45 minutes too. wtf?

the worst group ever opened for him.

That sucks man. I was at his Austin show in October and seriously had a blast. He did about 90 mins that night.

yeah the sound issues and stopping every 10 minutes to give shoutouts to the crowd didn't help either. there were some cool new mixes that got me excited for the next album (?) (that new beyonce single, some van halen, jackson 5 'i want you back', jockin' jay-z) though.

i was at 3 shows on this tour. the crowd was terrifying at all 3. all access kept us very drunk+ and safe, either backstage or onstage. some fun mixes, and some insufferable ones. the kids he had shooting toilet paper and making balloons were rad! and so were the mfds.
