M.I.A. Album Delayed Indefinitely!

Rob Kleckner reports:
M.I.A.'s official debut LP, Arular, originally scheduled to be issued in the U.S. on February 22, has been pulled from the release schedule and "postponed indefinitely." A source at Beggars Banquet told us a "legal issue" over a sample on the record is causing the delay. There is no word on which track is under dispute or whether it could need to be re-recorded or dropped from the album altogether. Beggars still hopes to have the album in stores in March, although further delays are possible.



This sucks. I downloaded this, but was looking forward to buying this next week so I could bump it in my car.

I got halfway through Piracy Funds Terrorism and wasn't really feeling it. I liked some of the songs and will listen to it again, but I just don't think it's my style. Am I crazy or is this hit or miss?
