i was put on the guest list for the method man show but i don't go? i can't decide whether or not to go. i've liked method man since i was in the fourth grade, but i haven't heard anything since his 2006 album (which was pretty good).. i just found out a few hours ago and i really appreciate her putting me on the list.. i just can't decide if that's what i should do tonight.

i don't have money for any drinks at all, and i don't know anyone going. the friend will be there working so i can't hang out with her.
and a friend of mine just got back from spain and wants to hang out with people tonight, and i kind of feel like that's what i should do.

have any of you seen method man/redman? are they so awesome it's worth going sober by yourself to see?

show starts in 2 hours...

unless you go hang out with your friend and then show up later to the show. i guess if your on the list it won't matter what time you show.

When they played here a couple weeks ago their bus didn't even get into town till 9 pm; loaded in a couple hours later. Dunno when they finally went on.

As a rule I stay away from Wu-Tang-related live shows. The performance acumen just isn't there.

yeah wu tang has a bad rap for not showing up/showing up way fucking late.

i did see ghostface once though, and he was on time, played a long set, and it was absolutely incredible.

when i went to see lil wayne it took him atleast 2 1/2 hours to come out on stage. it sucked. but it was worth it. wayne was amazing!

i read a good review of this tour. it was in london. thats the only review i could find.

i doubt i'm going to go. maybe just show up to be nice... but i don't know. i hope she knows i'm grateful it's just so last minute.

I was going to say this but I was afraid of sparking another 8 page heated debate. The worst part is that it's for Method Man and Redman.

you guys are silly. i'd brag if method man himself put me on a guest list.
but a friend doing a nice thing for me is cool, but nothing to brag over.

problem solved, there's another girl who definitely wants to go and she's going to take my place.

i've always had decision making problems.

the biggest problem was that she said she hadn't used any of her guest spots before and i felt bad taking the first and not showing up.
so i'm glad my other friend wants to go.

I don't know who method man is. Have you considered just making corn pudding instead, which you've either never had , or have had and crave? Or maybe just a friendly night of cutting?

no, it was just gza doing the liquid swords album but i got way too drunk beforehand and they had the same dj playing for almost 2 hours before gza finally came out. the highlight of the night was sneaking onto gza's tour bus and stealing the almost empty bottle of finlandia.
