Seriously.
That commercial thread gpt me thinking.

I cry at movies – unashamedly.
I reminisce fondly on old childhood haunts and memories..

Some of my favorite movies include:
Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?
Babe
and, yes I always choke up at parts of
To Kill a Mockingbird

I'm not ashamed and, in fact, I'm even a little proud of my sentimentality, as "unmanly" as it may seem.

Now, anyone wanna fight? I'll kick your fucking ass!!!

All the shit thrust upon the male psyche as to what is manly and what is not is really a drag.

37 years old and I still have a problem telling my Dad I love him.

Stupid.

I cry inside wondering who will care for the Snuggle Bear when he gets old and unwanted.

Parts of movies that choke me up 100% guaranteed:
- First Harry Potter, when Ron sacrifices himself in the chess game
- Fellowship of the Ring, when Frodo decides to carry the ring
- Finding Nemo: "He says it's time to let go!"
- Magnolia: "Dad, you need to be nicer to me."

I am less manly than any of you, and I don't give a damn.

I cry about everything. Then have my posse kill all those who saw it. Have to replace my posse a lot. It's a neverending cycle of sentiment and murder.

The scene in Vanilla Sky where Todd Rundgren's "Can We Still Be Friends?" kicks in when Cruise wakes up and realizes his reality is a bizarro world. I thought that movie was better than people gave it credit for, but I never saw the Spanish original, which I'm sure is far superior.

TITLE: It's All Right to Cry
[Free to Be You and Me]

[Performed by Rosey Grier]

It's all right to cry
Crying gets the sad out of you
It's all right to cry
It might make you feel better

Raindrops from your eyes
Washing all the mad out of you
Raindrops from your eyes
It's gonna make you feel better

{Refrain}
It's all right to feel things
Though the feelings may be strange
Feelings are such real things
And they change and change and change

Sad 'n' grumpy, down in the dumpy
Snuggly, hugly, mean 'n' ugly
Sloppy, slappy, hoppy, happy
Change and change and change

It's all right to know
Feelings come and feelings go
It's all right to cry
It might make you feel better

{Spoken}
It's all right to cry, little boy
I know some big boys that cry too

I actually don't cry i movies that often.

It happens though, I admit it.

<-- tough guy.

Can I have a little "Dancer in the Dark"?

Music, on the other hand gets me a lot easier:

Songs: Ohia - "Didn't it Rain"
Low - "Things We Lost in the Fire"
"Asleep" - by the Smiths
Most things played by Mr. Ellis form the Dirty Three. Damn it
etc. etc.
