I wasn't as turned off by their last release as many seemed to be, but this is still the one to go back to. It's just got a bit more of a rough edged quality mixed in with the electro/acoustic atmosphere that puts it a cut above. This is one that seems to have real staying power for me.

I've really come around on this album. Still doesn't quite reach that little bit of magic that seeped into albums like Gold or Cold Roses but this is still better than Cardinology by a good stretch IMO.

Yeah, I mean, I still find it an interesting listen. It's kind of giving me some sort of art rock fix almost. It all feels so literary. Singer still treads way to closely to Anthony territory.

eh, it's ok. i've only listened to it a couple times now...i definitely like it better than his first one. the horn section in a couple tracks is a nice additon.
