Yeah I know, another 'post-punk' band, great. I thought I would hate it too when a friend suggested it to me. I'm also kinda burned out on the new-new-wave bands, like you said you were. They don't sound like any of the new crop of bands though, they actually sound more like the original post punk bands.

Leonard Cohen.

I'm having a lot of fun learning to play all his songs. Finally got Avalanche down pretty well.

I've also been getting heavily into all the Elvis Costello and David Bowie albums I used to be missing.

Not obsessed, but I'm loving Magazine.

Of more recent stuff, Animal Collective is getting a lot of play.

I am consistently playing Adem's 'Homesongs'.

There have been days in which I only listen to the Frames. This happens a lot though.
