I heard on some 24-hour news channel's entertainment segment that Lucas is going to release all the movies again but in 3-D.

3-D? Why doesn't he just skip that step and release them all again in 4-d? Now that'd be something.

The real travesty is that I'm sure he won't use the classic Red/Blue 3D glasses, rather I'm sure they've also made some newfangled type of spex. I think it would be best, however, if they incorporated the glasses into some sort of hard plastic Jar Jar Binks mask you had to wear to see the movie.

Imagine the spectacle of squirming dorks.
