I hate to agree with you here, but the results so far have been depressing.

I was really excited about the idea at first, but it turns out everyone else here loves albums I don't know.

The qualifying group has been depressing.

Which will mean, naturally, that I'm not going to care much about what beats what in the subsequent tournament. I'll just keep my mouth closed, though, so as not to get called out on that!

and actually looking at it again, I guess there are lots more to come. So perhaps all will be put to right.

I fail to see how this tourney is preventing people from starting the threads or posting about stuff they normally would.

2 things surer than death and taxes:

1. You won't keep your mouth closed

2. You will continuously complain because people like their own brand of shitty music as opposed to your brand of shitty music.

Boohoo. Rinse. Repeat.

I was kidding, though. I thought this would be at least as entertaining as the last one, though, which was fun.

Honestly I'm hoping it will pick up once we get to head to head matchups, more discussion etc...the other one was this lame as this stage too.

Guys these polls are ppdd/"music" heaven. I hate all but like 8 albums I have seen, and aside from Frank Black winning that group, I don't think reg rock is dominating or anything.

You two should get a room.

where's the thread where OPA showed who is moving on already?

i thought were at least 3 DBt's and 3 Spoon's moving on...(i think you people allow Spoon to be "reg rock", right?)

You've been under a rock.

PPDD = ghey indie music not approved by the REG ROCK/O3CGR crowd.

OK, thank you. I will never use that acronym, even on a message board.

yeah, sorry, I only use it as a reaction to certain member's trashing of anything that doesn't involve a traditional rock band set up...
