Any horror stories or awesomeness stories?

Can you kick out single page PDFs from a multi-page document?

i've used it a few times. we have the whole suite here at work. i'm pretty sure you can export single page pdfs from a multipage doc

should be a dialog box pop up where you can select each page you want

Sorry. To clarify, I don't have it yet, but I'm due for some upgrades, and I'm not really interested in buying one of the giant bundles right now. So I can either upgrade Acrobat, which will split multi-page pdfs, or I can upgrade InDesign, which I will do eventually, but might do right now if it cuts out that middle man. I rarely use the full version of Acrobat anymore anyway.

There's a script for CS2 & CS3, but I'm still running CS, and I don't know if that script will work for 4.

The CS4 package has been filling my days with hatred, but I just use Photoshop and After Effects mostly, no InDesign.

yeah so apparently you have to run a special script to crank them out directly from InDesign

best practice is to export the whole thing, then split in Acrobat

I'm currently in the CS3 suite, but don't really use InDesign in my line of day-to-day work. My co-worker uses it sometimes and doesn't have any problems, but then again he's not using if for pdfs and whatnot.
