I love that they had to remind all the Life Fails in Philly to "please remove their hats" while the National Anthem is sung.

Isn't that automatic? Also, having worn a hat about 5 times in 15 years, I rarely have this problem.

At every baseball game I've been to (in a multitude of cities) they've always reminded the fans to remove their hats.

Maybe it's been that long since I have been to a Major League game? Last time I was at a game was in 2005.

Does Chase Utley know his hair looks ridiculous? I guess you can look like a jackass if you so chose as long as you hit three home runs in four world series games.

Agreed. All the mlb, and minor league games I've been to the announcers "remind" fans to take off their caps. All that, however goes out the window if yr in line buying beer.

Okay, but some of us don't have another election until the 2010 primary elections.

I hope it doesn't fail. Some of the highlights I've seen haven't look too terrible, and I'm all for upstart leagues as long as they have good intentions.

However, you have to question any league where Brook Bollinger is the dominant player. His stats are downright gaudy:

84/123, 1090 yards passing, 11 TD, 2 INT

NJ Governors race is going right down to the wire. They're in a statistical dead heat as of now. I'll be out casting my vote for Dagget and laughing when Corzine gets his sorry ass voted out of office.

Sounds like Cleveland should give him a call.

Tell me about it. Our tax burden per capita has gone up 21% during this last term, which is all I needed to hear to make my decision.

A vote for Daggett is a vote for Corzine. If you want him gone, hold you nose and vote for Chris Christie.
