I'm downloading Elevator in a short while (it's in the queue). If anyone's interested, I'll post it later on.

Throw it on up, i'd like to here it. The debut was a fun record.

i mean, i think that it's a real record, just self-released or something. in any case, the point was that i know people who prefer their first record because it's a bit more straightforward and noisier, as opposed to the jittery pop/quirk direction that their subpop records have.

Well, maybe I should hear that one, too.

I had no idea, my bad. I would have snatched it had I seen it posted. But I guess the links don't last long so reposts are always good.

oooooh yay! thanks dude, i missed the last bus so didn't get it last time.

btw- dumpjack, have you heard the new esthero ep "we r in need of a musical revolution?" blech. there's like one or two ok songs on there, but i'm hoping the new full-length isn't like that because i'd be really disappointed. (coming out apr. 26th)

I have not heard it yet and am very disappointed to hear that it's blech. I was pretty stoked to hear some new stuff from her, but based on your opinion, now I'm not so hopeful. I'm on the lookout for it online, so I'll post it if I get it, asap.

no kidding. the first track on that ep- i refused to believe it was her... it's more "pop" than electronic, which really upsets me because i dig the "breathe from another" sound. "o.g. bitch" is alright, but the lyrical content is stupid (she's totally dissing nelly furtado or somethin like that). my hopes are still in tact for a better full length.

and just listen to the track this town, because that was the worst song on make up the breakdown and that's what this album sounds like...a whole bunch of bad songs.
