Bambi Molesters: As The Dark Wave Swells

Latest from one of the best surf bands around these days. I'd say it is a bit of a step down from their last effort, Sonic Bullets: 13 From The Hip. It's a bit more homogeneous both in being all instrumental and in the pacing of the whole affair. Still, if you dig this style at all, this is a band to check out and it is a more than solid record of instrumental surf rock with plenty of haunting, reverb drenched guitar. Check it out.

Cesaria Evora to me is nice, soothing music, but not something I am going to listen to a lot or real intently. There just seems to be something missing there for me to "get it" completely.

I enjoyed the shit out of this album. Quality band that probably has no future -- I can tell by their sound that they are Drug Addicts.
