pretty good. shitty sound, so i can't really tell. the freakout at the end is great. dude always makes me laugh when he performs and they jam and he does the whole metal head down headbang kind of thing. anyway, looking forward to the new album.

Oh man I can't wait for this album.

And based on the site highviolet.com, I believe this is the cover art:

Pretty cool.

We were gonna see them in DC @ D.A.R. Constitution Hall, but I'm really not into seeing shows there. Wish they were playing 9:30 Club.

I've seen them there and the Black Cat, and the show here is coincidentally @ The National. Maybe that's why they're doing two nights?

Looks like they are doing a number of two night stands this time out (though sadly no ATL date(s) yet--I think that would be a babysitter night for us as well

I'm interested how they are going to be at Bonnaroo and not in a small club. Can't wait to see them nonetheless.

I caught them at the Langerado Festival a few years back, and they were incredible. I would kill to see them in an intimate setting.

Tommy we saw you at the Cradle show where they were like the second of three bands, opening for We Are Scientists, right? That seems bizarre, looking back on it.

I hear "It's a terrible love and I won't be respondent" but I doubt either of us are right.

I agree he is fantastic, but there were two guys hammering drums in this song.

I saw them during the Boxer tour in a smallish venue in Vancouver. They stepped on stage early and said "Hey guys, bad news..... the opening band got stuck at the border and won't make it here in time to play their set so if it's cool with you folks, we're gonna play twice as long to make up for it." The show was fucking incredible and always comes to mind when someone asks me what my all time favorite shows are.

Each and everytime they come around my next of the woods I'll be first in line for tickets. A band not to be missed.

I DVR'd Fallon for this and watched it last night. Glad to see the song is energetic and kind of noisy.

That guy hitting the floor tom off to the side there is doing about 1/1000th of what the drummer is.

When I saw them I literally couldn't stop watching the guy.

Great to see them just rocking the fuck out. They're such a tasty, subtle band - but to a fault sometimes.

Been waiting to hear this, but haven't had the chance to till now. I'm on a 2 hour ferrie ride and this has been on repeat for the past 10 minutes so far. I wonder if I can go a whole 2 hours on just this one song. Even with the crappy quality this song is AWESOME!!!

Bring on the album!!!
