These guys advocate a sort of hybrid, ala vouchers/savigs accounts where vets can shop for care.
I don't know that there is an answer. To anything. It's all greedheads and simps, the "right people" ripping off everyone else, etc.
And when you peak behind the curtain, it's even worse.
