i'm sure you guys will do fine on the burger and other accouterments and then put it all between a couple of canned butter-me-not biscuits.

Problem is, here an hour drive is about what I have to make to buy good clothes, do a big grocery shopping, buy any appliance or electronic or music, etc, so I make an hour drive is some direction or another weekly.

Yeah I'd imagine this would matter much more than who the cook is as long as you don't f it up too much with terrible toppings. My local butcher's burger blend is mostly ribeye and new york strip.

I bought 2 lbs of the blend last night and am mixing in some chopped pasilla peppers and onions with some parsley, s&p, and worchester and freezing up some 1/2 lb patties for future eating. I have a physical scheduled today and have a feeling my diet may need to change soon so I might as well have some stuff in the freezer that I have no choice but to eat.
