I wouldn't say I am pointing anything out to anyone other than a handful of internet pals that I am basically using to vent about the situation beyond those closest to me. Plus, I kind of figured a lot of y'all would find it funny. I've not texted or attempted any communication with her or this dude since last Wednesday when it happened.

I only told her ex because we're friends and I knew he'd find it funny as well. But, the discussion is a valuable one in general. And, I am certainly not on the "withdraw from opposite sex friends" side of the debate. Either you have a healthy relationship with your sig other or you don't and I am not silly enough to think that dictating what friends my soon to be wife can have will actually stop any sort of cheating, infidelity, or whatever.
