So Nintendo unveiled their new system for 2012.

It's called... Wii U. Seriously. And people thought "iPad" was a bad name.

It looks really cool, though. Backwards compatible w/ all Wii stuff, but in HD and you have this new tablet-like thing as a controller.

Digging the new PS phone's design...though the idea of buying games, etc for a phone that is going to last 2 years is kinda daunting.

I'm so far out of the video game market, though. I still play my old xbox. Mostly was into sports games anyway.

Are the games download based or cartridge? Can you take them to the next (not created yet) version of their phone?

Edit: and Wii U is a really terrible name.

No idea. Just going off the idea that most phones are only used for 2 yrs and then upgraded. If the games are $5 each (haha) then no problem, but if they are the price of an avg PSP game, then its a rip.

Also, the new PS Vita is going to be priced at $249-299, so its probably investment for portable gaming. IMO.

any one play around with the les paul thing on the google home page today? I messed around for a bit and wrote a song (melody) using the keyboard function for it. Here is what I came up with, (all whole notes, btw)

Does not work on my Android. Touching the image sends it into a les paul search, and pulling on the strings makes the screen scroll.
