This is one of the few times where what the media reported is much more subdued than reality.

I mean, OU lost at home to Texas Tech, who just lost to OSU by SIXTY.

Prolly the same as the over for Auburn-Oregon. Which ended up being a 22-19 affair.

For me, that's the biggest WTF loss all year for any team. T. Tech is atrocious.

For whatever reason, I still just think OSU doesn't have it in 'em and I can't pinpoint why I feel that way. They've been putting up video game numbers. All that said, I felt the same way about Auburn last year. I kept waiting on them to play a top tier team and have it all come crashing down. It never did. Maybe I just don't believe an asshat like Mike Gundy could actually win a title.

Dude. Took their ass to the woodshed. Watching Auburn fans stream out in the 3rd quarter was a thing to see.

Also, one of the better quotes I've read on the blogs this week:

"I'm pretty sure that, if a Kid Rock concert could take a shit, it'd be Auburn".

The guy is sick. Like, clearly unable to stop himself and SO MANY people knew some bad stuff was happening.

Awful.

For some reason that I can only identify as wanting to hate the guy more, I read it, too. At the very least this guy deserves the "ki-ki-ki-ki" treatment from Audition. Starting at the genitalia then slow bleed out.

I dropped a few "it's a long way back to Lee County, so you should get a head start" 's on that stream.

It probably was just added to the prosecution's exhibit list.

So now McQueary has stated that he DID break up the shower incident. Why change to this now? My guess is that he knows he's done at Penn St., and knowing that he now longer needs to protect his job, he's coming clean. Withholding this for all this time can only point to a cover-up that went very deep, with Joe Pa being implicated more and more.

I couldn't bring myself to watch it after I saw a clip of him saying he couldn't deny it and that he touched and hugged little boys with "non sexual" intent.

Seriously. I had the local news on this morning, got in the shower and when I got out they were replaying the interview on the Today show.

On the one hand I felt like I needed to get back in the shower, on the other I was afraid Ghouly Sandusky would be in there waiting.

No shit - Conway Twitty's "You've Never Been This Far Before" just came up on random and I couldn't get all the way through it.

Too soon.
