From the standpoint of someone who designs crap for a living, I don't have a problem with this dude asserting his right to distribute his own original content, despite the fact that I doubt the eagle and flag images were truly originals of his own creation or even royalty-free.

And as someone who designs crap for a living, I went to his site to see his work. From the yellow background to the gobs of flashing banners and goofy filter effects, this guy is obviously huffing MS Paint.
