1. Sorry folks if this caused / causes headaches. I'll take blame, if that will help anything. I thought it was pretty funny, though, and in a very harmless way.
2. I'm not in front of a pc today, so I won't be here to see what happens, and that bites.
3. Did the "content owner" notice that nothing was being sold / promoted? It's analogous to suing a band for covering a song, even if they announce before the song "hey this is a crappy song by a goofy band, and is in no way our own original material."
4. His feelings were hurt. I don't relish that, in all seriousness. He's probably very proud of his site, and a nice guy in person to boot. But this is Obner, which is little corner of nowhere, and (I can't stress this enough) people who put flags, eagles, and jesuses all over their website to help sell mobile homes are asking for snickering.
5. And it's only snickering. F'in laughing, and not even much laughing at that. But hey, maybe he's got a gripe about us linking it from his server, or maybe he feels that piecing together two pieces of clipart makes him an artist. I can dig it.
