I would totally drive at least 10 miles for this gathering, maybe 15 if not hungover.

The obvious problem with Montgomery (well, one of them anyway) is that it's not the easiest city to fly in/out of.

I could almost definitely do Nashville. Anywhere else is on a sliding scale.

This. I'd love to Nashville or Louisville, or even Memphrica. Anywhere can eat my ass like Mimi Beardsley.

damn, how stoked/scared is Stu, haha!

i'm good with Nashville as well.

i kind of like the idea of renting a big ass house or some shit. or is that out of the question? easier for escorts to get in and out i reckon. :-)

The way to do it is to call a hotel and get a block of rooms. We could just tell them it's a convention (of shut ins and fucking weirdos who only know each other from a message board they've been posting on for 8 years)

If I were somehow able to do this, I would probably motorcycle it. Stop in NC first to see an uncle and an old friend, stay the night, then ride to TN. It would take me a week, and I don't like my odds of being able to do it, but it's possible.

yeah, this is the way to go.

Monty needs to show up first in a diaper to get clearance for all the rooms. It's the only way.

Stu, where are the raddest hotels in Nashville.

Downtown:
Hermitage
Union Station
Hilton
Doubletree
Indigo
Homewood Suites
Renaissance

Midtown:
Hutton
Indigo

West End/Vanderbilt:
Marriott at Vanderbilt
Lowes Vanderbilt

There's obviously a shit load more Holiday Inns, Marriott Courtyards, Hampton Inns, etc. Renting a huge house for a weekend could probably be done, but I'd imagine you'd want to be able to Mong around in a dark hotel room.

Prolly the hotel where Playboy shot the casting for the Girls of Vanderbilt for the 2007 Girls of the SEC pictorial.

That, or Kenny Chesney's local for when he's in town for the Opry.

This would be a longshot for me for PopTodd reasons, but I'd always be down for the possibilities.
