Did you mute spotify or your computer speakers? Because if you mute spotify during a commercial it will pause the commercial until you unmute it. This even happens if you go down to like 20% volume...I think.

Related, this month I went premium. Now that I'm working mostly on wifi networks, and mobile, it made sense. Looking forward to it on my trip to Alaska. Anyone wanna explain offline mode to me?

Aaaaaand we have a winner. Was muted the whole time. So, if you mute the annoying commercial, it just keeps going... yeah fuck that.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but you can download playlists to your mobile device for non-streaming playback. For example, I usually just create a new playlist for each new album I'm checking out; if I'm going to be listening to that album a lot on the go, I'll use the option to download it to my device when I'm at home on wifi so I don't use wireless data streaming it when I'm not.

[Note: I actually used my "unlimited" 5GB of data last month and got slowed down for the last two days of my month. Thus I had to make some changes]
