The little brother of one of my best friend's is releasing an album tomorrow.

A couple years ago, he was sitting on the ledge of his rooftop patio having a few brews. Well one of the coping stones slid out causing him to tumble over the edge and through the roof of the neighboring building below. I think he fell like 2 stories, then through the roof into a vacant apartment. He was a struggling musician at the time working as a bartender with no insurance. The police showed up and forced him to take an ambulance and go to the hospital despite him feeling fine and otherwise oblivious as to what happened. I guess similar to Phil, he didn't remember any of it.

www.lukewesley.com There is a free download on his site. The song is pretty good even though his style isn't really my thing. Just thought I'd share. And if you see him playing in NYC, stop in and tell him Josh's friend says hello.

Glad he's OK and back to making music!

Man, I know too many horrible stories that start out "He was drinking a beer and sitting on the ledge......".

So apparently he's getting a CMJ spotlight in NYC next week.
