I've quit Jenny Craig -- I'm tired of eating their processed, pre-packaged food. I need FRESH food. REAL food. So, it's back to Weight Watchers. I did manage to lose 10 lbs, though. I'm shooting for 10 more before heading off to Scotland. Yay me!

Ooh cheese... yes. I do enjoy the cheese. Many kinds. But since my cheese consumption has been limited due to dietary constrictions, the variety I have been enjoying is lacking. Mostly, I just have Vermont cheddar (Cabot), which is cheesealicious.
