I'm down to a couple of 12" singles and Seventh Dream on cassette.

I would be most indebted to anyone who feels like sending me Seventh Dream, Express or Earth Sun Moon.

I could go for "American Dream" about now.

That is all.

What was that one single they had? I remember enjoying that song when I was like 10.

"Kundalini Express" is a thousand times better than "So Alive."

Any song on the first 3 records is better than "So Alive"

<---was never a fan of the s/t album (though "Motorcycle" was a decent single at the time)

np: Iron Maiden - "The Trooper"

Polly while recording her band's last album: "Can you make me sound like Daniel Ash? Please?"

I love these guys. I think they're quite underrated.

I own:
+ s/t
+ Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven (LP)
+ Earth Sun Moon

End more under-rated is Tones on Tail.

"Twist" is the bomb, as is "Okay This is the Pops"... don't even need to mention "Go!".

Oh... and how much is Marilyn Manson's "Beautiful People" a rip off of "War"? Can I get a witness? Take a listen.

edit: What the hell am I talking about above?

I also have :
+ Sweet FA
+ Hot Trip to Heaven

I dig 'em quite a bit. Lift is completely under-rated.

"Haunted (When The Minutes Drag)" is prolly my favourite song by 'em.

I thought "Ball of Confusion" was their big single?

ditto.

I have the first four albums, with the fourth being the S/T. I didn't care after that because I moved on from this type of music and discovered the Stone Roses and Happy Mondays...

"So Alive" was #2 in the U.S.

"Ball Of Confusion" got lots of MTV and modern radio airplay, but didn't crack the Top 40 if I remember right.

If I were you, I'd get "Express" stat.

I have 'Express' and 'Earth, Sun, Moon' on cd, with 'Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven' and the s/t (So Alive containing) album on cassette. If I think about it tomorrow, I'll try and bring Express in to rip for you tomorrow.

Just about everyone I know likes Express best. Personally, I'm torn between Express and Earth, Sun, Moon. The first three and just about any of the singles are great.

Yeh, I feel a little silly for not owning it. Not to mention that it would probably cost me about $5 with my discount.

God do I love my new avatar.
