Aside from the weather, and feeling fucking fantastic (weird!), I just realized that I can see M.I.A., Wolf Eyes, and The Boredoms in three consecutive days with a little creativity. That and the Digable Planets are playing Montreal!

Amazing.

Very nice, good for you. Here in Indianapolis, it's a beautiful day outside my office window. I debating hitting golf balls at lunch as an excuse to enjoy the nice weather for the hour I'm permitted to be away from my desk.

When it's not raining, I am walking to/from the office these days (about 4 miles each way). It was cool but sunny this morning and cooler and cloudy this afternoon. Now that I'm home, the sun just came out.

It's gorgeous out, but I'm busy as fuck; gone on Fri and Mon and came back to a minor calamity this morning.
On the bright side, I'll likely be outta here 'round 5, so I can enjoy some of the day.

Hope y'alls are on the upswing.

It's pretty nice here in NC as well. I ate lunch outside today and it was very pleasant.

It is nice here, but the mugginess is starting to rear its ugly head, which means I won't stop sweating until mid Oct.

Absolutely gorgeous day in Southern California -- low 70's. I have laryngitis and people on the phone are thinking I wanna have sex with them.

It's got to be 70 out and it's perfectly sunny.

I took my car out for a washing and then a quick trip to the grocery store. But I feel like mud. Sinuses are acting up and that makes me feel rather cranky and I think it's allergy related. Yippee. Allergy season has arrived.

Going to clean my house now. First I'm making lunch.

Nice work Ishy. Happy to hear you're happy.

It's beautiful here as well. My employer has a beautiful back garden that I can sit in at lunchtime. It's pretty sweet.

My desk is right beside a window--that opens--and that looks out onto a beautiful big tree. Guess I've got no reason for crabbiness.

I fucking hate that. I have to bring a towel with me when I'm delivering mail in the summer.

It's warm and muggy out today in the A-TX. I have gotten to the point in the year when I use at least two shirts a day - I wear a tee for the walk to and from the bus stop to my office, and a non-sweaty shirt for some semblance of decency in the office. This will be a busy summer, though, as I will be working 50+ hours a week and will be trying to get as much research done as I can before classes hit in the fall and I have a concommitant productivity crash in the lab. Some of those hours will be me getting paid for SCUBA diving, snorkeling, splashing through remote streams and springs, and generally having a good time as a field biologist, so I ain't complaining!

I'll be gone to do fieldwork in New Mexico next week, so I won't be around from Friday to Friday, at the earliest.

not so nice today, but looking forward to tomorrow and the weekend. 'Tis okay about today, since I'm getting over a cold/allergy thing, and my head feels like a lead balloon right now.
