Don't know if there are any fans here, I can't recall a single instance where anyone has mentioned them. Aside from Ace of Spades and No Voices in the Sky I don't know much of their stuff and wouldn't mind hearing some more. Anyone have any suggestions where to start?

The 2 Disc "Best of" is the best bet.

I've always liked the song

The One to Sing the Blues

1916 doesn't get a lot of mentions. I really like that one.

I saw them 3 years ago.
It was so fucking loud, I seriously thought I had lost my hearing in my left ear. Everytime Lemmy spoke, it was torture. My ears rang for three fucking days. I was going to see a doctor if they had'nt cleared up by the fourth day.

I was so worried that I would have been known as the guy who lost his hearing at a Motrorhead show.

People had their fucking heads just about in the amplifier.
Fucking nuts.

Have you ever been to a show that it was so loud that it was nauseating?
This was one of thoes shows.

ACE OF SPADES!!!

I made the mistake of removing my left earplug at a Motorhead show in '98. I could literally FEEL the sound woooooosh past my ear like a stiff breeze. And I was near the back of the venue ( the front looked like a war zone ) . Great show.

I'd recommend the classic "No Remorse" compilation ( the original vinyl release had a leather cover! ) , but that's cuz I'm not familiar with the track listings of later comps. There IS a lot of good stuff released post-"Remorse", though.
