I'm interviewing at Elmhurst College for the Asst. Director of Music Operations. I think that means I'd be in charge of setting up chairs and music stands for concerts.

From the grapevine, they've got a guy who already works there who has the home team advantage.

Well, those chairs and stands aren't going to set themselves up. You should go into the interview and set up your chair really well, and they'll be like hey this is a guy we need on our team.

If your wearing a white shirt I recommend you don't get Coca-Cola and blood down the front it because that, I know from my own personal experience, doesn't impress an interview panel a great deal.
