In the office, yes.

On the other hand if it's one of those ones at the library that charges you 10p a copy, it's quite acceptable.

Hmmm...I always thought of it as more female. After all it is doing secretarial work if you think about it. Copying, having to change at a moment's notice to fit the person's needs and demands.
