Its getting harder to buy that sort of thing in Mexico, and you'll really have to be dedicated to the idea, since if you find a "pharmacia" willing to sell anything "good" to you, you'll pay premium for them, that said, there's percocets, hydrocodone (tylenol 3) and xanax most commonly, oh, and lots of dick drugs, baldness and weight meds should you be feeling flaccid, fat or follically challenged.
My advice,
the best drug to bring back from Mexico is premium Tequila.
Porfidio, Tradicional, Corralejo...yummy, and like many pharmaceuticals, it'll do the trick!
