Oh my god she looks like dog crap.

Edit: Some of this dialogue is painfully bad. I'm remembering why I stopped viewing regularly.

I am afraid that whatever Coldplay has, is it. There is no Radiohead/Interpol/Ambulance LTD-esque material buried under the surface like I thought/hoped there might be, someday.

I mean, they dont even try to change the drum track anymore.

.... eh. That song doesn't really say anything new for them, but they've done good work. I'm a fan. But I don't have "radiohead" aspirations for them.

Well that was an hour and a half I'll regret forever.

The show itself was lame, but Coldplay were fucking fantastic. There's no reason to re-invent yourself every album when your songwriting is that good. The new songs are brilliant, especially the 2nd track they played.

Is there a Courtney Love biopic in the works? Is Lindsey starring in it?

I thought the second track veered a bit close to Five For Fighting territory, but that Coldplay are so much better than them that it still worked.

Even scrawny, Lohan has something about the way she delivers her lines that sets her above most vapid young actors. Something in the vocal tone.

The only thing memorable about last night's SNL beyond Coldplay is that Minnie Ripperton's daughter seems to have gotten Lohan's breasts.

I was just reading that Rudolph's best friend from her childhood is Gwyneth Paltrow, who's now married to Chris Martin.

I though it was a mediocre episode although I do like SNL season in and season out.

That second track they played was also played on the OC season finale.
