Brilliant.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

"Every 60-second episode is a dramatization based on an actual tobacco industry internal document or brainstorming session. And while not all of the marketing ideas were implemented, the fact that they were even brought up provides an important insight into Big Tobbaco's approach to marketing its deadly products. It's hard to believe this stuff's true. But it is. Honestly. We couldn't make it up."

Unfortunately, these ads target the most intelligent 5% of smokers, who have already made their choices fully informed.

If you think that smoking is harmless at this stage of the game, then you deserve what you get.

I knew fully that it was bad for you when I started, but I was a stupid kid. I also knew every time I inhaled the smoke it was bad for me, but I stayed firmly rooted in my stupidity.

I haven't smoked in two years come August. Quit cold ass turkey.

But c'mon now. If you don't know or can't tell that smoking is detrimental to your health, then there is really no hope for you any damn way.

I see this as a bunch of do-gooders throwing money away to beat the Big Tobacco dead horse. At least some of that money could go to more worthy causes.
