Well, I dunno I bought it strictly on impulse and am pretty pleased. Her voice is enchanting and it makes me listen to something that I'm not ordinarily drawn to. I think that for me, this is a good thing. Really, really like the more upbeat tracks that feature the glitchy folktronica stuff made 'famous' by Four Tet, Notwist and others. Yeah I wish it was like that throughout but then it would be a Lali Puna album, which certainly wouldn't be a bad thing either I guess. Lots of Saddle Creek buddies on this one so if you've already had enough of Connor Oberst, best stay clear of this one.
