Fifty-five US?! How much are the actual tix and how much is the fuck-you money? I paid nearly $20 last reunion tour and just barely got my money's worth. Nirvana and the Jim Rose Circus better be opening for them.

Well, you can ask ticketmaster how much the FU money is. I'm not padding at all.

4 tickets cost $226.

hey zach, sorry.... basically my friend was trying to sell his 7pm tix so he can go to the later show w/his gf (she can't make it earlier). apparently he couldn't sell them, so he's just going to the 7pm show and now i'm going. hopefully i'll bump into you on my way out! and isn't it at the wiltern?

and yeah it's a good week for shows. tonite: the pixies (and if i'm feeling up to it, i might stop by spaceland after for outhud), tomorrow: of montreal, and on monday: KRAFTWERK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this isn't one of those "b-sides & rarities" shows, is it? Because I'm pretty sure they're the exact same setlist as their other shows.

yes, it will be. this was one of the most disappointing shows i've ever seen. will not pay any money for them ever again.

I won tix for Fri 7PM on Indie 103.1 last week. I gueassed the ZZ Top song Jonesy was playing... an old one called 'Chevrolet'. Not bad for my first few weeks in LA.

I've seen these guys three times already this year but I could see them ten more times.

Went to Outhud myself last night - high energy set, some actual dancing at Spaceland, and really good openers (Anavan/Tussle)...

I've had my Pixies fill (at $50+) until they have a new album or something...

does the fact that i'm still hungover say it all? ;) that "magical" moment hit me last night, and my friends had a blast... glad everything worked out at the very last minute.

all i have to say is the upcoming week is going to be nuts. so many shows, so little time.

it was definitely the fact that i saw them at acl and not in a smaller more intimate setting that made it hit home less. but it didn't stop broken social scene from doing what they were supposed to that day...i'll just say it wasn't as vital or interesting to me as i felt it should have been.

glad the rest of you could go and have a good time though.
