series of sneaks kind of bores me, outside of 3-4 songs. I am in the minority but I think KTM is a much better album.

I wouldn't say it bores me at all, but I will agree that KTM is a much better album.

I have the elektra version of SOS too. I know it went out of print but is it really valuable at all. I don't think it has any extras and the album its self is available through Merge, possibly with better sound quality. If people are paying a lot for it, I don't understand why.

The Rykodisc OOP versions of the Bowie albums only pull in a small premium versus the Virgin versions and the Rykodisc version actually do have extras.

Yeah I don't think it's all that valuable since it's been rereleased on Merge.

I wonder how much I could get for Dismemberment Plan's Ice Of Boston ep on Interscope?

That's a good question, and one that prompted me to pull that sweet little EP out.

I like 'em all. Even Telephono is okay, but you can really hear the Pixies influence on the early stuff.

The one originally released on Elektra. Merge re-released it with the Agony of Lafitte EP a year or so ago.

I got my Elektra copy for $1.99 off Columbia House. Hott.

I've also got the Elektra version - I'd never noticed till checking five minutes ago. ASOS is undoubtedly my favorite Spoon release to date. IMO, it receives so much unwarranted hate bc it isn't nearly as accessible as other Spoon records, GCT - GF.

They had some memorable songs from ASOS and Telephono, but I much rather prefer the Spoon of now - The dynamics, the space, the playfulness.

Well, since everyone else has the Elektra version, I guess that squashes my being able to dry hump my own ego in front of the Obnerites. :)

Actually, I didn't necessarily think it was more valuable. I just like to have original versions of things cause I am bored enough I guess.
