I can now go about processing all of the music I have gotten from FT, Kungfu, oldbulee and everyone else in my rolling sonic boom (aka the MonsterMax)

(It is kinda weird to be happy to be out $146, but, Selah)

Works fine, they even checked the headphone jack, which I thought was bent.

This is a quality of life issue for me. I do so much driving that without it I was stuck with:
Oldies station
Rap station
New music Station
ESPN radio
WHTE (White Hate Radio)

Now I can rock such things as Radcliffe's Monger mix or the 478 Spoon songs that FT sent me. And, I can make mixes I have been promising folks, etc.

You probably should. Sounds way cheaper than getting a new one.

hey robotboy -- ipodresq.com -- they ship you a box for $29, and that is postage both ways, plus diagnostic. They charged me $116 for a new LCD screen. DO IT!!

just the name I have given to the station down here, the line up is:
Boortz
Hate-ity (thanks, kurtz ;) )
Rush
Laura Ingraham
O'Reilly
SAVAGE

It's actually 2 stations, and one of them plays Paul Finebaum (all Bama and Auburn football, all the time) but on any given day, I can hear more offbase hate than just about anyone in 'Merica

Paul Finebaum is a good show. 'Specially when old Phyllis from Mulga calls in.

Phyllis is hilarious. But Finebaum's a tool.

Finebaum is consistently entertaining, though. And the only non-hate-based show played on either of these channels.

I mean Michael Savage is an open psychopath, Hannity is Baby Jebus, and Boortz is a shadow of his former self, because to even stay on right wing radio now you have to worship at the altar of Dubya.
